Hey there and welcome to The Local. First off we would like to introduce our WHO and WHY behind the name! Jessica has been running her business since 2016. It all started with making tutus for her first born daughter and then in 2017 their family welcomed their 3rd son and with that the expansion of “Rose & Raine”. What started as a tutu business in her closet, has now expanded to apparel and drinkware for the whole family! Welcome to 52 Water Street…. Our Belief at The Local is to give the small guy a fighting chance, as well as ensuring community success and growth by featuring only one vendor per niche. Bringing 30 plus Local vendors into our little shop fills our walls with one of a kind and unique items for anyone. When you shop with us you shop in your community. You ensure that families can send their child to dance or hockey, or you allow a family to have a little extra income to stay afloat in these hard times.
